DIFFERENT

Structured Workouts

5 workouts planned each week – three focusing on lower body and glutes & two upper body and core. You choose either an upper or lower workout for your training. 4-5 stations each with exercises specifically mapped out to optimize your training. Every workout is pre-planned for efficiency and efficacy.

Flexible start times

Training sessions start every 15 minutes. Easily book into a schedule that works with you. No wasted time- just straight to action. After your workout, feel free to stay for cardio or stretching!

Expert guidance from our personal trainers

All trainers at Gluteology have specialization in glute training & body transformations. This isn’t your commercial gym filled with trainers with no experience. All coaches practice what they preach and are required to keep up with current science.

Personalized Nutrition Coaching

A personalized nutrition plan is available as an add on and will be designated based on your goals. It’s not a “diet” but rather a lifestyle change. You will be eating for your goals, whether that’s losing weight, gaining muscle, or body recomposition.
